Have you done the front brakes, rotors, calipers, pads, etc?

Ball joints, tie rods, whatever other parts there are in the two wheel drive steering?

Is your steering box loose?

Keep looking, good luck, let us know what you find.

Ball joints, A-arm bushings, strut bushings, shocks? I'd look at all these also. Especially the strut bushings and the A-arm bushings.

I once had a brand new general tire cause your symptom, a new replacment cured it, the tire looked fine and balanced good with only 2oz of weight, but something was wrong inside of it and it had a bad spot that caused the vibration.

The reality is that the dually wheels are very prone to getting bent and they usually are bent to some degree. If they are not out more than .250" then they should be OK. The biggest problem usually with these trucks is the wheel installer not using the pilot nuts to line up the wheel. The retards at Chrysler thought stud piloted was better than hub piloted and therfore installing the wheels correctlty is a pain in the ass. If they are not installed with the pilot nuts then you usually will have a vibration from the wheels acting like they are out of round.

Factory ton wheels are usually good enough to run.

Any aftermarket wheel, little bitty car or big old truck, will most likely have considerable run-out, right out of the box.

We completely quit dealing in aftermarket wheels for that very reason.

Aluminum are much worse than steel.

As to the incompetency of some installers, I had a lady bring in her like-new 97 Dodge/Cummins with a tire going flat.

She could not put air in it.

When I looked at it, some moron had mis-matched the air-valve access holes, and then put the stainless simulators on mis-matched to the wheels.

The holes in the simulators were over solid steel, and the holes of the outside wheels were offset from the insides.

Even the front simulators were wrong.

You would think he would have accidentally gotten at least one lined up right.

To add to the situation, they had installed pop-in rubber passenger-car-type valve-stems, and one of these failing was the cause of her flat tire.
