STOLEN TRUCK!

Postby 440trk » Sat Apr 04, 2009 6:35 pm

If anyone in California (or anywhere else) sees this truck, please report it to your local authorities.

I purchased this vehicle through a friend of mine, in California. The truck was picked up by the transport company, and moved to their storage/staging location, to be shipped out to me (truck picked up Wed. March 25th).
I was expecting delivery of this vehicle this weekend. I received a call from the transport company on Friday, to see if my truck had been delivered yet, to which I said it wasn't. They called their driver to see when he was expecting to be in Harrisburg Pa, to deliver....only to find out, my truck was never loaded onto his transport.
Apparently, none of the transport companies other transports have my truck loaded either. It's currently missing. The transport company has called the Sheriff's dept., and I'm STILL waiting to hear the outcome.

So..if anyone, anywhere between Calif. and Pa. sees this truck, please call the Palmdale office of the LA County Sherriff's Dept. at 661-272-2400 or your local authorities immediately.

It's a 92 w250 Club Cab, 4x4 Cummins truck.

Jon, the original post date is from 09. I hope 440 has either found it, or he's beyond screwed over 3 years later

If you suspect that, then report the post. Dave watches pretty close but us helping makes it easier.

I didn't. I went thru the new posts and 1/2 of his were the usual, "nice truck" or "wow" stuff, so I flagged them. Some may have been actual thought out posts, I left those alone. I'm not a total Dick, just usually a Dick.

I saw your post on CompD too, but I didn't want to expose you to the ridicule over there. They are just a little rough over there
