Well now that the majority of the work is done on the dodge I can finish the bumper. I got all the pin holes filled and got it primered. Hope to paint it on Friday.

I think it looks great. And the square lights in the bumper definitely help it blend in and flow with the 1st gen.

I sure wish I had a bumper like that. I attempted making a bumper/brush guard.



That's how it turned out. Its and 8inch I-beam as the base and then just a bunch of square tubing and a little mesh.

When built mine I used 3/8" steel plate with a 3/16 wall bar and did it up in about 11 hours. I still have to make some templates and get some 3/16" steel to do the top and sides as well as build the grill guard and get my other lightbar back so I can mount those
