That sounds like it would be a really smooth setup...I was thinking to make it have a grounding (domelight switch so it only worked when the throttle was at idle and then run through brake switch and then a toggle. I really don't want to hyper-pressurize the engine.

It might actually be kind of weird to have it run through the brake switch. I see that being a lot more brake than you're expecting when you just tap the brakes.

I like the idea of switching it to run when the accelerator is at an idle, just like a real jake. 8)

I think he ment as a saftey to shut off the exhaust brake when the brake pedal is engaged.

my dad's 02 is set up such that depressing the throttle, or brake will shut off the Exh brake for a delayed period of time (maybe five seconds).

make sure you can engage the brake at idle though, its great as an engine warm-up aid
