One Way to Install a Powerstroke Intercooler

is that a 7.3 intercooler or 6.0?
1990 w250, savage motorsports pump tune, 4" lift, 37" goodyears, fender cut out flares, protech headach rack, 727, ZF-5 going in this summer, custom intake, custom exhaust, custom rear tube bumper, onboard air, and a couple other mods...

so i was wondering if you had an idea on which route would be the best. putting in a second gen intercooler, a 7.3, or a 6.0, my ford buddy says the 6.0's flow better but they got the plastic ends.
1990 w250, savage motorsports pump tune, 4" lift, 37" goodyears, fender cut out flares, protech headach rack, 727, ZF-5 going in this summer, custom intake, custom exhaust, custom rear tube bumper, onboard air, and a couple other mods...

Can't really say. I heard from other sources beforew I started the 7.3 cooler was the best fit, so that's what I went with. Plastic end tanks seem to be generally speaking, not a good thing. Whether or not one flows better than the other is rather insignificant to the fact that just about anything flows way better than a 1st Gen Dodge stocker.

how labor intensive is this??
1992 w250 stock straight pipe with pump a lil tweaked denny t stage 2 fuel pin fuel screw at 3 turns
