Here's a little tool I made to move the pump with the lines attached. The black bolt should be longer, this was just for a test. If you had the skill it could also be made with pins instead of bolts.

That's pretty good, except for 1 little detail. Most of us have removed that part of the bracket for solenoid access! 
You should loosen the lines anyway, so they don't have a strain on them.
