Do you have the polarity correct? leds usually only work one direction (you can get some that are non-polarized but they tend to have a small circuit board attached)

the LEDs i got have a bulit in resistor. i think i have them right black is ground and red is power?
91.5 4x4 5 speed, dennyt stage 2. ddp 50 horse injectors. glow shift boost, fuel pressure, egt, autometer tach, 60lb vavle spring, 3800 gov springs, 1 ton axles, custom intake, 4'' exaust, hx35w pump turned up 3 turns raptor pump, and 1/8 timing.. new injectors sooner or later

That is probably right. The info cluster on the other hand uses +12v for the common and grounds each light to turn it on. After I soldered mine all together I learned this and had to switch it all around.

What I did to make sure they were correct was tape the ends to what I thought the right leads were, plugged it in, and put the ignition to run. All of them lit and I soldered them on.
