power steering pump attach bolts

Postby Ole' Blue » Tue May 10, 2011 11:03 am

Does anybody know the thread and length of the power steering pump attach bolts? There are 2 bolts that hold the pump to the engine, and the lower bolt is longer. Mine has backed all the way out and decided to start a new life on its own (it fell out). The dealer doesn't have any specs, and they can't get it for more than a week. Hoping to find it before that...

ps- if anybody's wondering, it runs and drives just great without the bolt! just leaks a bit of oil!!

So I called another dealer... They gave me the info. It's a metric 12 x 1.75 x 35 bolt. The hardware store gave it to me for free :) Slightly less oil dripping from the bottom now! ;-)
