Fuel tank straps for a 91 w250

What can I do, I can't find the correct straps for my fuel cell. Where can I find them?

Make them. I used some band steel a little wider than the stock ones, cut the "T" in the end and then made another and welded it on so it was double thick, then I bent the other end and drilled a hole for the bolt. IIRC it took me about an hour to make both and put them in.

PToombs this question was brought up on a FB page a few days ago. I suggested the same thing and you would have thought I told them to jump off a building. I guess it takes some want too and so thought to improvise. A lot of (younger) guys do want to take the time to do that.

It seems a lot of the younger guys have no idea how to do this stuff nor do they want to learn.
