Banjo washers?

Postby ctd6spd » Wed Feb 25, 2009 8:07 am

I lost one of the small washers for the AFC banjo fitting. Are these standard size I can get from the parts store or Cummins/CaseIH house only. Also like to know about the larger ones also.

Probably metric, but shouldn't be hard to match up. Most places like Pep-Boys have bins with that stuff in them, cotter pins, washers, clips, etc.
Or ask, but the 17 YO behind the counter won't have a clue what a 1st gen is let alone how to find a part for it!

I had a counter " girl " at a crapo auto parts store give me the book and told me if I could point out what I needed she would try to see if she had it. I about died. It was an easy part. I think it was a ball joint or tie rod end. Boy those are real hard to look up. What a dumbass.
