But we still had fun. The old girl didn't run down the 1/4 like I had hoped. She seemed to be low on power. My best time was 13.95 1/4.
with a 1.8 60 ft. I think that I am going to have to go back to the drawing board and see where I went wrong, or what went wrong. I am running the same temps and boost as I was before I went north to race, but the power is not there, and there is an exhaust leak at the manifold somewhere. I guess it's time for aa HTT 3 piece manifold now.

I'm not totally convinced that it is the 4200 yet. She ran a lot better before the drive up. I drove her pretty hard going north for 150 miles. We will just have to do a little inspecting to see what we can find. If it is the 4200 spring, then out it comes. I do know that she rolls a lot more smoke after the trip than she did before, just have to figure out what changed.

Check exhaust manifolds and your wastegate. You might need to check your intercooler and gaskets on tht side too. More smoke shure sounds like a boost issue.

Maybe your I/C popped a hole. I didn't have a clue mine was bad until I hooked up the gooseneck and put the little tractor on. About 6500# total. It always had 16 psi and EGT's were reasonable. When I left with the trailer, EGT's were thru the roof! Turns out the I/C was cheesecloth!

Beings this is the factory innercooler and boots, I guess there might be a chance that it could have a leak  I am going to preassure test the system this weekend and find out. I'll keep you guy's posted.

After you press enter the first time, even if it doesn't go to the screen that says "message entered successfully", "view response or index", it still posts it. If you get the "error, invalid..." whatever, go "back" to the thread, and refresh and the post will be there. If you go back to "message" and hit "enter" again, you get double post.

I hope that makes sense, I almost cornfuzed myself!
