You have something way off, I have the same size turbo and injectors and am running high 40s boost and about 1500 max egts with a 12mm. I'd check for boost leaks also.

I would say somewhere around 25-30 deg. What kind of pistons do you have? Large bowl non-ic design, or the later smaller bowl ones?

I think pump to the head is in the neighborhood of 20-22 degrees. Each tooth is 10 degrees. Turn gear clockwise to advance.

Mine jumped a tooth and about 1/2 way to the head is 27deg on a timing light, so that should sort of give you a place to start.

Do u think i could stand for bigger injectors?? Scheid told me 5x18s is as big as i dare go.. I see ur profile is 5x25.. Adding water/meth this week and would like to learn a little about some nitrous for the next step..
Thanks

You can if you want. However, are you cleaning up the exhaust smoke? If not, the a bigger injector wont help.

A video would help.

I'd say with 2300 deg EGT you have way too much fuel already. You need to figure out how to get more air into the engine! Nitrous will definitely help, although I thought you pullers were more the "fuel only" crowd.
