Quick and "cheaper" is 2 sets of tractor top links with some 2" poop pipe (black iron).

Otherwise 2 left and 2 right handed hiems and some DOM tubing.

What is the purpose of the truck? General play, racing, puller?

If the 1st 2, shackle flip on the rear (eliminate the lift block) and Caltracs.

Otherwise traction bars in a ladder type setup (2 bars, 1 on top and 1 on bottom of the axle tube, connected before front hook-up point) is a good setup.

I have the tractor top link set up on my truck, I wouldn't use them for one I planned on driving on the road again. They tend to loosen up over time and rattle. This winter mine are getting replaced with some from these guys http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/cat ... DENDS.html
Not the cheapest out there but the rattle drives me nuts. My bars have worked great and don't bind at all. They are roughly 7 feet long. I built my mounts on the rear end so I could run a double ladder style if I wanted to but I haven't had a problem yet.

I meant they aren't cheap compared to using top links.
