I thought you were looking for something for a puller. I could have told you those were not designed to shift on the fly. If you want that you need a Bruno or a Lenco. They can be setup either with a slipper clutch like a crower, a conventional pedal clutch, or a torque converter. They can be shifted on the fly and with the right setup and parts can withstand a ton of abuse.
