Ladder bars

Postby redneckroot » Fri Aug 08, 2008 6:32 am

I have my frame sittin in my shop all sand blasted and I wanted to build and weld on the set up for my ladder bars but i can't find large enough hymans for the ends of the bars. I haven't started building it yet because i need those to build the rest of it to. If anyone knows a site that sells large ones it would be a great help.

Now that I'm done laughing, try this place. They have a lot hiems, don't know if they go big enough for you.

As for the other one's, you can find them in a church, but they can be tricky to get to.

Quickie joke, then back on topic!
Nun is walking down the street. A guy jumps out of an alley, drags here inside, tears off her clothes, and has his way with her. When he gets done, she says, "Oh, my. How am I going to tell Mother Superior that I was raped twice?" "Twice?" says the guy. "Well, you are going to do it again, aren't you?" she sighs.

Even though this has gone way off topic, I just thought I'd let people know that I figured it out. The ones I went with will take a 1" bolt, they aren't greasable so that sorta sucks but for the price and strength they should work out. If it does when its all done I'll take some pictures and break it down for pricing. Right now I'm making up to making the rear mounts but my rear end is over getting blasted so I don't have it to match it up to. What are the tubes 4" on a dana 70?

When you buy them, just buy an extra set or 2. Then if they wear out, you have a set to put in. ;)

What I ended up getting is a common end so I should be set that way I hope. But still wish I knew the size of the housing.
