It depends on the flange on the turbine housing. The aftermarket S300's designed for the Dodge/Cummins application typically have an HX40 style flange. There is also a S300 specific flange from what I've read. Plus, I think that there is also an aftermarket 3rd Gen Dodge/Cummins flange. You'll need whichever one matches your turbo.

Our trucks are simple to build downpipes for. As stated above most cummins specific s300's use the hx40 downpipe. All you need is two pre bent mandrel 90's (big rig truck exaust is cheap) and a straight section about 30" long. As far as the flange goes they can be ordered online or if you have a plasma or torch just trace the output on the turbine and cut one outa plate. I think they are normally about 1/4" thick. Just cut out a ring, clean it up with a grinder, and weld it to your mandrel 90. Attach the straight section then the other 90 and BAM 4" down pipe.

I didn't realize there were different ones. How can you tell by looking at it?

Here is a picture of a 4" v-band down pipe DDP makes.. JFYI It uses a HX-40 flange.

Includes pipe and flange you have to weld the flange to the pipe during fitting.

This is a one piece unit and it fit like a glove.
