Cummins King Dyno Results?

I know that on my truck if I move the TV kick down cable all the way to the back,it shifts up to third (727) at 40 kph and stays there no matter the throttle position.That is how I am going to dyno mine eventually.Were you dynoing in 3rd or 4th?If you have a 4 spd,can you hot wire it somehow to hold O/D to put more load on?
