I would hope 100 psi would be enough. The ideal drive pressure is 1:1. I think it would be easier to monitor your drive pressure, if your d/p gauge is the same psi as your boost gauge. That way you could tell at a glance if your d/p is higher than your b/p. What's the exhaust outlet size on your exhaust housing? On the 40's it's 4", I believe that it's only 3" on the after market exhaust housings. If that is the case, I would think that the 5mm exhaust turbine size difference, plus the 1" exhaust outlet difference would add up to a noticeable d/p, and egt drop.

yep 3" outlet, I kinda lookin around a turbos right now. I'm thinkin a 62/71/.70 would work out pretty good and leave me ith a little room the grow.

.70 is small I used a .84 for some time still made pretty good heat with it. The one I used for over a year was a 1.0 and now its working good with the twins.

Borge Warner told me the .80 ar was a 14.77 cm housing. I think anything smaller then that is to small. I want a good flow at high rpm's. I am scared of the 12cm's. :D

We know for sure it wasn't on diesel only, plus he's being a dunderhead and not showing any proof.

Maybe we should change your name to salty,LOL,JK. I think it happened!! And i am think it could not have happened to a nicer guy! We should just all be happy to see numbers out of a VE like that. I know it puts a little fire under my ass and we all need that sometimes.

Glad to see Stomp is back about where he was on power. We have discussed before how easy it would be to do over 700 at May Madness since they typicaly have a 12-15% correction factor. I don't know what it was that day but I am sure it was substantial. I am glad to see a VE laying the smack down at a big event none the less.

So that is like 615 #2 only uncorrected. Without a doubt the most powerful currently running VE truck on the planet!
