These are old numbers, but they were the last dyno that I have.

321 hp, 866 torque.

At the time I had ddp stage 4 injectors, HTT 62/14 turbo, Bullydog fuel
pin, Pump timed, Bigger than BHAF filter, 4" exhaust, O-Ringed head,
Haisley head studs, 3200 GSK,

I dont know what it will do now, but it sure has a lot more power. :)
92 ext cab 4x4. HT62-14, 4" straight pipe, BHAF, O-ringed, Haisley head studs, Ported head, exhaust, and turbo. Fuel pin, 4,000 gov spring,

Sorry off topic, but what's with only gaining 5rwhp after adding the hx60? I'm stuck between 424rwhp and 450rwhp and can't get over the hump. I'm thinking a set of twins for next spring but I need more!!

I just dynoed again Friday on Dunbars dyno with this Pro52 and much less timing than previously with my 66, and gained 1rwhp :( . Big bad 424rwhp 860ish torque . I gotta be doing something wrong. Maybe I'm leaking compression from a firering thus running on 5 cylinders lol... Any chance the 14mm pump is getting weak? I'd like to see how the newer 205 intercooled pump which runs damn near as good/hot, how it would do with a 14mm pump head hmm..

Where's my 3800/4200 rpm told ya so hat?? :P :D :D

Congrads Josh on breaking 400hp, not as easy as some believe.

I put down another wimpy run 443hp 851ftlbs. Up from last time of 424hp. But at least I'm back up to the HP#'s of last summer where I had smaller injectors, smaller turbo and less fuel  . I got home Friday night and was just about to install the air to air cooler when I realised I sold most of my intercooled parts LOL   ! Didn't feel like robbing the 91.5 in the rain, so I'll wait til next spring to see if I can make more HP with the air to air.

OK, I was a little surprised! I thought I was near 300, boy was I wrong. 366 hp and 739 torque! I've gotta have the wife down load the dyno chart, then I'll add it on here.

It was awesome! After the 1st run, I looked in the window, and everybody in there had a grin from ear to ear. :D Then they told me it was 325 hp. Then I had a grin from ear to ear! I smoked the dyno room up pretty good, only truck that smoked more was a '96 ford that put down 498 hp. It looked like a farm truck, but it had the highest horse power run of the day.
Cool! :D

Its kind of a guess, but kind of not. I have my pump gear jumped 2 teeth, KTA said that each tooth was 10dg. So at 20dg for the two teeth+stock timing. 32dg deppends upon if my stock timing is still at 12dg. In the dyno the pump was lined up with the stock timing mark. We drove the truck out there with the pump pulled down all the way. When it came time to dyno I bumped the timing and before the trip home I pulled the pump back down. The truck is streetable at 32dg, at least at scheid it was, their were afew other trucks that shouldnt have been out driving around either, kind of laggy but when she lit hold on. Personally if you watch the dyno video, you can tell the inj spray is outside the piston bowl alot. Its got almost as much white smoke as black. Next time it sees a dyno it wont be quite that high. Im shooting for 27-28dg total with out the KSB. Sorry for the Book.

Just ran 408/844 on water/meth, 386/784 on #2 only.

Setup:
DPS EDM's, HTT Stage IV/14cm wg hybrid set for 40 psi, Walbro feeding 15 psi to the VE inlet, more timing than is wise (I moved it a little further and the truck started surging under load  ), AFC cone made by JD730 (Old Smoky type but with a longer lead-in and steeper ramp to delay AFC fueling), pump turned up all the way but otherwise stock except for the 3200 RPM spring, KSB hotwired to try to keep some fuel in the case.
'93 D350 LE Club Cab dually, Getrag, 3.54 Pow-R-Lok with: DPS EDM's, HTT Stage IV/14wg, Con-FE, Snow Stage 2 water/meth, custom fuel pin, Walbro secondary fuel system.

Best dyno: 408/844

Dynoed yesterday. Smoke clears up a bit better when the wastegate is tight enough.
Uncorrected numbers on a Superflow in Greeley, Co at 4,600 feet. Temps in the dyno room were around 35-40.
Diesel only; 421 hp.
water/meth; 465 hp. Corrected (aka B.S. #s) 490 & 541 hp.
I was running a relatively weak 35% mixture. Last time on this dyno I picked up 80 with the meth.
I think there is another 20-30 hp left in this setup before I have to start going into the engine.
