If YOU installed it without oil, you really can't blame anyone else, regardless of what they told you.

I dis agree I made it appoint to ask him what oil he suggest to run and how much I need to fill it and said don't worry its ready to go in
there was no signs it was in for maybe a total of 3 hours of drive time

If there was zero oil in it... it wouldn't even shifted right... or at all. I'd wait and see what he says for sure.

there was no oil anywhere I parked on concrete for the few days I drove and had a leak under the rear end but none from the trans

im just wondering what all is gonna need to be replaced I know the bearings for sure but what bout the shafts gears, wondering if the excess heat made them weaker

If it literally seized from zero oil... darn near everything. It would most likely scar the shafts.

Unfortunately I'm a cynic. I don't trust hardly anyone anymore and would have checked the oil for my piece of mind. I bet next time you will too. ;)

IIRC you can get a rebuilt unit someplace for about $2g's all ready to go in. Maybe it was $2500 or so. I'm sure one of the other guys who knows how to abuse the search feature can find it or remember where it was.

The counter shaft, 1st gear and more then likely the main shaft are junk. You always double check things like that.

Finally tore into it an looks like just the input shaft was f*** an the needle bearing behind it was melted but guess what's called the thrust bearing ? Seemed to b fine

Everything else seems to b fine I can turn the trans with no problem there's no catch no nosie no nothing
Gonna put my new 1 3/8" input shaft wit bearing, needle bearing, an thrust bearing an new seals

An roll the dice
