South bend, suppose to be the 400HP clutch with 3" facings. I'm really liking the pilot bearing

It ought to be a down right civilized affair with a well equipped shop, proper tools, no transfer case, and an external slave cylinder. Wish I could say the same about my last clutch adventure

Don't know, the way things are at the shop right now I might not be able to get both done at once :? I'm freaking piled over with work and it getting worse, and I'm getting farther behind because of a 98 ranger trans I built has some stupid valve body issues  I hate ford transmissions.
I'm hopping that next week I can sneek my truck in but idk. I'm just lucky I've nothing to use my truck for right now

Don't mind telling.....775. It's the okhd version,13"/3" wide disc. I have a ceramic button Sachs right now that is 8yrs old and backing trailers was a bitch, that's the deciding factor on going with organic again.....incase you were wondering. Most of this trucks driving is done with something hanging out back

Thanks,

Not that I need a clutch right now, but it helps to see how much I'm gonna have to bend over when it finally comes time for one

It really wasn't all that bad, compared with others I've seen. Cheapest thing I found was at kennys pulling parts for 525 but it was 12 1/4" and still required a flywheel which was another 200. Valair was the same price for the ceramic 13" but there was 2 things against it.....one was it was only 2" wide friction surface and 2 was it was ceramic. I'm not going that rout again, for hauling anyhow

I'm no good at party games, unless it's take a drink every time I cuss while working on my truck. Even then, good would be a relative term there. Just depends on whether I'm playing to get drunk or get stuff done.
