can't find shifter swap thread.

I saw a thread somewhere a while back about swapping a 2nd gen auto shifter with the O/D button into a 1st gen but, now I can't for the life of me find it. Does anyone know of the thread? If I remember correctly it was linked from another site. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

First off, Welcome to 1stgen.org!
I have seen what you are talking about, I think Dave (BC847) did it on his truck...might have to do some diggin' and see if I can find the thread for ya...
