Be prepared to fab up a trans mount and you'll need a 3 pin connector for O/D and lock-up. I got mine from PATC. Don't be fooled into buying a "2nd gen" flex plate. Unless it's from a 6.7L, they are all the same. You'll need to bend or grind on the frame by the starter. Trans cooler lines will need to be 1" longer.

Did you get rid of all of your auto stuff?

Not sure about the frame issue. Our 47rh fit right in there using that 2nd gen starter. About 1/4" clearance.

It will fit the way it is, but when the Cummins gets to rocking, the banging of the starter against the frame will get old. I gound maybe another 1/4" off and never had a problem

starter doesnt hit on mine neither, and you dont have to make any mounts. you can drill two new holes in cross member and will bolt right up.

I wasn't feeling lucky. That's how I did my mount ^ I had the 2nd gen mount and I torched new holes in the cross member.

Were you located? I might be interested in trading you parts if the freight isn't too excessive. I have the column and pedal set out of a 93 I want to convert to a manual transmission.

If you put in a floor shifter, you won't need the auto column.
