tranny mounts

On my 90 when its on a strain or hill or turns left the floor rattle and vibrates. I had my dad put in reverse on a hill and i looked under it and the tranny was bouncing a little. The tranny is good I think its the rubber mount on the crossmember. My 98 does same thing. When he put it in neutral it stopped. Need some advise. its an automatic.

most likely worn out rubber mounts. they get soft with age and oil/grease exposure
