kicks out of overdrive when cold,

Trans was just rebuilt and has a tci converter and shift kit and hd clutches, A lot better than it was, no problems, but now overdrive is acting up, could it be tps ? It goes away when motor is warmed up
Diamond eye 4 inch turbo back, Glowshift boost, egt, oil pressure,hx35 , 3200 rpm spring, full power screw 2 turns, denny T II fuel pin, Home made Cold air intake, Alto reds and tci TC in a 518, 5x12's from diesel auto power.

Could be temp sensor if it strictly temp related.

What temp sensor ? like one on the trans ?

the temp sensor on the metal trans cooler line. it locks out overdirvie if fluid temps get too hot.
92 d350, arp's, orings, 150lb springs, 4200 gsk ,ground pin ,64/71/14 ,ddp inj's, ats manifold, tim's tubez, ats trans, FASS, locker, timing + a tooth, bcdd intake

There is also a temp switch that prevents OD from engaging till up to operating temp.
Dosen't get very cold here but if the temp is around freezing it takes about 3-4 blocks till the OD kicks in and once it kicks in it is good till the truck is shut off for several hours.
If your temps are colder it will take longer to kick in but that is the way it works.

Ok, That sounds about right, I'm in northern Indiana, and it's been below freezing lately so, That't probably why. Thanks guys
