A-518 shift points

So I put a transgo TFOD shift kit in the Ford A-518 to try to get the trans to not shift into 3rd gear when only doing 30 mph. Well not it shifts at 35 mph at light throttle. And it won't shift down from 3rd to 2nd ever. The 1st to 2nd shift is nice and it will down shift nicely from 2nd to 1st.

So does anyone have any ideas on how I can get this thing to shift at higher rpms in 3rd? Also the TV cable is adjusted as far as possible.

That looks like a nice crew cab there. The 518 is a Dodge transmission. Im guessing its been repowered with a 1st gen Cummins and 518?

Yes I know that the 518 is a dodge transmission. I put the VE pumped cummins and trans in it last year.
