does anybody if the service manual on genos garage have the service part for the transmission as well
1992 w250 4x4 4" custom turbo back exhaust 5x.012 HVLP lift pump 3200 181/210 M3 fuel pin, gated hx35 auto important meters

My '89 one does for the 727, but not the Getrag. The '93 FSM is supposed to have a really good Getrag rebuild section. As far as autos go, an ASTG manual is pretty good if the transmission is all you're concerned about. $30 vs. $100

Can't go wrong buying the FSM. well worth the money. at least for guys like me. :)

The soon to be in-laws bought me the FSM and the supplement on cd, which was ok, but I am a paper manual kind of guy. Solution? Take it to work and print the whole dang thing off :mrgreen: and put it in a "pinch" type of binder that holds all the pages in nice and tight ;)

ok im getting a 518 tranny here soon and i was planning on buying the service manual but if it dosnt have the trannsmission rebuild in it i was goin to buy the ASTG manual first thats why i was wondering thanks

true id like to have one so i guess ill buy the service manual first and then if it has it great if not ill borrow yours 8)
