the bolt pattern is the same, the 2nd gen flywheel housing is roughly an inch longer to accommodate the lock up converters, so the nv4500 has a longer input shaft, is what i'm thinking, they did that so the stick and auto flywheel housings would be the same.
93 w250 6 speed 4" exhaust, caution, work truck, she's no beauty. building 1 ton dually 4x4, dana 80, 48rh, 205 Scratch the one ton, bought frt. dually 4x4 98 12 valve with the tiny rear doors. rides so much better than the 93.

So what causes a tranny to be cruising down the road 65 mph and it try's to pop into two gears at the same time? After 800 miles of driving with no issues. I just built it... I was not trying To shift just cruising. Could it be the 5 gear nut came loose?
