It also has a hole machined into the face of the input shaft. So I'm really hoping it's a rh

  . wouldn't that suck.....come out to your truck and the transmission is gone.....2wd with two people on the street I bet you could have one out in a couple minutes if you cut everything and left the converter lol.

I have gotten one for 40 bucks but the case was shattered lol. I gutted the main case and kept the hard parts and the od.

I'm pretty good at a hustling and swindling truck parts. Last saturday I sold 4 38" tires drove half an hour to buy 5 42" inch tires that were in better shape and made 100 bucks. I let both partys name there price. Just got lucky.

Based on the shaft pics it's a 518 bummer. But still better than my current setup. Gonna do a full manual vb kit good converter and slap her in.

You won't be disappointed with the A518. Take it from a guy that commuted 2.5 hours one way with a 727.

Having a extra gear opens up a bunch of possibilities. Like optimizing your take off gearing, and still lowering your cruising rpm.
