93 NP203 shift pattern??

On my 93 w250 clubcab first gen auto, My transfer shift pattern is reversed from what I have seen posted. My 4low is pushed over to right and forward. My knob is missing the top pattern piece and I havnt been able to locate one with my pattern. All the knobs on ebay have 4low pulled back. Were their different patterns for 93s? Where can I purchase a new knob?

From forward to back its 4 low, neutral, 2 high, 4 high. They are all the same, but some shifters, like yours are "gated" meaning it's not completely forward and back movement, there is a slight "jog" in there. If you look at the shifter bracket from underneath, you'll see it. I run a generic knob on my 91, it's easy to know jut by looking at it what position it's in.

Yes, that is what my sun visor says the pattern is. Although I saw a post on here that indicated 4 low is toward the back instead of the front. So that confused me. Also, I cant find any knobs with my shift pattern on ebay. Are there multiple shift patterns for the NP203?

Your 93 has a 205 case. I scored a knob for a 2nd gen off ebay (99cents, free shipping!) and retapped it for my shifter threads. When sitting in the seat, my pattern looks like this:

I have seen those shift patterns,, although they do not show a jog to the right on the lever.

Does it really matter to have the little jog on the line? If so, check out a dealership in that case, because the vast majority of NP205 equipped trucks didn't have gated shifters, just the 92-93 Dodge trucks.
