loving this thread so far!! in a couple of months i plan on pulling my getrag 360 and installing a 47rh.. i'm sure this thread will do wonders for me during my install since i have never messed with anything auto before.. Thanks for posting lots of pictures and detail, but i cant see the photos? it says (You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.) the photo bucket is very easy. just upload what you want double click your photo (making it big like the original was) and then right click the picture and copy the url into the post!

Thanks cmauz61! My swap was a complete success! I have driven the truck as a daily work horse and have traveled for thousands of miles and just completed a road trip cross country to pick up 5 Hemi's, 4 pallets of Dodge Flathead's, and a NV4500 Transmission. Other than a speeding ticket in Nevada, the trip went well.

Next month I am trying to make arrangements to buy a 1998 12V 3500 with a six speed conversion....

Not being able to post pictures kinda stopped me in this topic. I am not okay with the picture websites, they are too invasive for me. I fear of family photos being copied. I am not a pervo, and I don't have wierd photos, but it freaked me out when everything I had was uploaded by their system....

The three trucks I have are doing well. The Dually that I put the later Transmission into, quit running, the injector pump needs some loving... But the Transmission worked great so far!
