nv4500 help

Postby Horsefly108 » Sun Mar 08, 2015 7:55 pm

Anyone know of any shops to get nv4500 rebuilt in Colombia mo. I just had this trans rebuilt and put in 2 years ago and hardly tow. I'm heading to colorado from florida an my trans is whining in every gear even when I release clutch in neutral and starting to knock. Any help would be appreciated.

I can't help on anyplace in MO. If you can get to Oklahoma City. There is a good shop there that has a outstanding record.

Have you checked the fluid in it? I'm guessing its leaked its fluid out and you are hearing the input and pocket bearing eating there selves. That's what the one I'm rebuilding right now did.
