I put rear discs on my Dana 70 and had to modify the e-brake connections. Not sure if your E-brake cables and lengths will match up??

I also recommend bypassing the ABS valve above the rear axle to give more flow due to the piston size difference verus rear wheel cylinders

Going to need to do something about the master cylinder. The stock M/C will not flow the fluid for the disk requirements.
