Red wire is 12volt power source. pin #1

Orange with black tracer is switched ground for converter lock-up. pin #7

Brown wire is switched ground for overdrive. pin #6

You dont need any of the other wires.

at what road speed or under what conditions do i want to have my tcc locked up? i understand it just turns the torque converter into a clutch, but i have also heard not to use it in 1st or 2nd gears, what is the most correct way to drive it?

Dodge locked then in at 45 MPH. It depends on how you want it to work.

If it was mine I would just throw a relay into it and have it bring OD and lockup in at the same time.
