wat hydros do i use the stock getrag hydros or the nv hydros i bought a nv 4500, motor breast plate, flywheel, clutch and the slip yoke, just lost with the hydros :sad:
1993 d250,single cab short bed, sbc, 175hp p-pumped,4kgsk,370's, fass 150. hx35

Since nobody has answered I'll give you what advice I can. I would think in order for you clutch engage and disengage properly your gonna need the slave cylinder off a 4500. If the line off the stock master cylinder will hook to it you should be good. If all else fails call the local tranny shop you trust the most and ask them. Good luck, hopefully you already got it figured out.

On my recent trans swap I used the Advance Adapter B-housing and was able to use the Getrag master/slave set-up with the NV4500. But, If you have a '94 and later Dodge NV4500 bellhousing, I think you'll have to use the '94 and later hydraulics. I also don't think you can mix and match slaves between getrag and later styles because they are built as non repairable units IIRC (they aren't designed to come apart/re-assemble).
