TV Shaft

Looking at the tranny from the top, does the TV shaft rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise at full throttle?
1990 D-250 Regular Cab: Tweaked injection pump, built transmission, a cataclysmic charlie foxtrot of electronics, the most intense street-ran water injection system in the country, and some more unique stuff.

When looking at the trans from the top it would be counter clockwise or to the rear of the truck.
