Getrag shifter boot

Postby Exekiel » Sun Sep 28, 2008 6:55 pm

Hello, I just registered on this forum good thing it's dedicated to 1st gens. I think I recognize some of Your user ID's. Anyway I just finished rebuilding My getrag and I could not find a top cover boot (the small one for the shifter) so I was hoping someone here would know what to use. I thought about a cv boot but I don't know which one would fit right. What I'm asking for is a part # on anything that would fit the job.

Thank You for any input, now I'll go check the rest of the forum I used the search engine but I could not find an answer for this question.

You PMed me on the DTR, but I believe it is posted here in the part number forum/ thread. It is actually a CV boot, that takes a little creative fitting to make work, but its still a good fit.
