5th saturday in a row I had to work. I was driving up 99 and she started Howling bad and started to bind. After I stopped I tried to determine what was up and I think its the input shaft bearing(s) or something else on the input side. Even if i have it in Neutral and let the clutch out the howling is there and it tries to pull the R's down. Not so bad after it cooled down but still there. No crunching though and all the gears work.
Anyway, I have seen rebuild sets on fleabay W/synchros for about $210.00. Are these pretty much the same parts as I would get anywhere else? Also I NEED to put in a new clutch as well, so if you guys know of a good vendor that can help with both I would be thankfull. I need advice on which clutch to get also.
