Just to inform you guys of the ghost horn

Ha so when i bough tmy truck over 2 years ago it did not have a horn in the engine bay. so as time went on i never replaced it. well abot 8 months ago i decided to replace it when i noticed two plugs! woo that means another horn to throw in lol. so i was happy with both my new horns. well one day while on the interstate cruisein 65mph i hear one he!! of a horn and scares the crap outta me thought i was drifting into a semi's lane or something. so im panically looking around trying to figure out why this guy is honking at me to only find that my truck is the only vehicle within a mile of me! so i figured a wire rubbed or something. ok whatever. well since then this truck has spontaniously decided it wants to honk for 35 seconds at a time and usually when im right next to someone or stopped at the stoplight in the not so great part of town lol. only reason i bring this up tonight was due to the ghost honking that led a truck driver throwing his soda pop at me and then giving me a pleasnt mono finger wave while i have my hands in the air motioning its not me man! im not doing it! haha so yeah i sitill love the truck but only if it could wash that coke off my fender!

My '92 will do the same thing, it is the pressure switch pads in the horn button/steering wheel. I have mine disconnected at this time until I have time to remedy the problem.
