Re-wiring sensors how to/tips

Ive seen a few engine pics where they re-wired all the sensors, anyone have a link or write up on how to do this??
1992 dodge w250 5spd le club cab
fuel screw, full travel throttle. 5in dp, hx40
1993 ext cab w250, built auto, PODS hx40 pump work, 3200, fuel pin, full travel throttle, electric lift pump
