Is it doing it sitting still or driving it?

Have you checked the plug on the headlight switch? It is has a noted problem of burning out terminals.

Try a genuine MOPAR regulator - you can probably pick up 4 for $20 at your local automotive recycling facility.

Go to a Dodge parts-counter and get the BLUE MOPAR regulator, about forty bucks, and if it still flickers, it ain't the regulator.

These are considered a performance item, and thus, have no warranty, but no warranty is needed.

Ok, mine do this too on the 91.5. Only does it with truck running, will not with engine off. And where is the regulator located?

I have a goofy looking silver tube a little bigger than a AA battery that hangs down under the dash and plugs into a modular plug with 3 prongs. WTF is that? My 90 doesn't have that anywhere I have found yet.
