How's the ground from the battery to the front core support? Mine made smoke and wouldn't turn over. I had the engine ground loose. Since you were in the area, try that. You probably fried the front core support ground.

Where did you get "2 wires" from? The wire in Dazed and my pictures the only one you need to worry about. That wire only runs to one other wire, the one in my second pic. It doesn't split the power up until after the key switch.

Grounds are also a good idea, but since you had the FSS shorted you're probably dealing with a hot side problem.

The one I wired in feeds 2 wires. It was one wire going into fuseable link and 2 coming out.

You are a genius!!! I found it! Now got to wire it up!
93 D250- pump maxed, 3800 spring, hx35, denny T pump top, 7x.015 injectors, timing+, Coolertubz, raptor 150, boost nipple, 4" DP to 6" aussie stacks, built tranny, asa intake, DNR tps, more HP mods, isspro boost, fuel pressure, egt, tranny temp, 5k tach, chrome and powder coating here & there.
Not On Yet: 60#VS

Not bad for a whiny whAt? yank, eh? ;)

Make sure you check all your fuse panel fuses one last time as well, you may have possibly popped one while back-feeding through the FSS wire.

The orange wire was really fragile and one part was blowed apart and you couldnt see it. Altho this situation did make me finally get new terminals, new wire connectors, clean my grounds and wires up! New situation now. Now my pump is leaking at the kill switch and i cant get it tuned right. Im taking it to a diesel perf shop in the morning. He said he will get it right!look at some ofthe pics on my photo bucket.

Tsb, you can copy and paste the pics from Photobucket to here. Just hover the cursor over the pic on the 'bucket, and click on the bottom option that pops up. Update! Bern on yhr old stgen all day with help from outlawed diesel perf. In king nc. Got denny pump top on right and all sealed up! Got all wiring right. Got dnr customs tps delete tuned in. Got pump BOMBED tuned in to the max! Done a few other things aswell! It is freking amazing and stays sideways now! I put my neddle past the 100mph mark and it was still goin, boostin, and smokin! I pegged my 2000 egt gauge and let off. It is amazing! Smoke is dense but controlable! Love it!
