Postby wittmaster512 » Thu Oct 27, 2011 7:06 am

Hey guys I think I blew up my alternator the other day because I wired my new Optima's in series instead of parallel. Any tips, hints, or things I should know before I start rippin her up? :/ :yuck: 8)

nope, bout as easy as it gets, Idk if it scomes with the correct pully but you should check, also, might wana do a pre-check on your waterpump/tensioner pully, those things always seem to show themself when you have the belt off and decide to spin things...might be handy to have them on hand

Be sure to check your voltage regulator and the fusible link that comes from the alternator. If you just popped one of ghostly may save you the hassle/expense of an alternator.
