cleaning up engine wiring harness

I am do a cab swap and was wondering how to go about cleaning up and tieding the engine wiring harness. Any ideas on products to use? Electrical tape to rewrap the wires?

Ideally or best way?
Personally, I would take the time to lengthen and reroute the wiring out of sight with some braided wiring loom like this:
Quick and clean: Electrical tape is what I have used before. Spiral wrap is clean looking when done right.
