radio install

Postby cummins32 » Wed Dec 12, 2012 9:16 pm

So, I bought a radio and spliced all the right wires together, but with the new speakers I got it won't play any sound through them, I ran new speaker wire, all the speakers do is make a tick tick tick noise. I've switched the wires around on the speakers and rewired it multiple times any ideas ?

if you ran new speaker wires and it still does it, then you may have a bad radio or just a wire crossed somewhere. or you could have a bad speaker shorting all the others out.

Speakers are new and I tried a spare speaker and it still does it, I'm starting to think it's a bad radio, Thanks for the help
