getrag wiring diagram

i just did a getrag swap in my 92 w250 and i wired the tranny so i thought. but the reverse lights dont go you and you can start it in gear. so i was jw if anyone had any insight and which wires are which on the getrag.

You can always start a manual in gear. That what the clutch is for. Now if you said you could start it without needing the clutch depressed then there'd be a problem

As for starting in gear, the clutch safety switch is "looped" on the automatic trucks, it's merely a yellow loop of wire, folded over with a green connector. If you have the correct hydro's, there should be a switch on the rod end of the master, and it just plugs in. As for the wiring, I never made it far enough to wire in the reverse lights :oops:
