I tried to find a replacement clock spring for my truck and there is no listing that I could find anywhere, and no longer available at the dealer.
I found that a Dorman 525-104 ( http://www.amazon.com/Dorman-525-104-Ai ... B000EQ2KT4 ) will work just fine. It is not wired the same, but it is so dang close that it is but a very minor inconvenience to change the wiring. It will also have one extra wire for the airbag, which you can cut off or simply tape it somewhere for future use. I plan on installing a button for an ejector seat or a missile launcher sometime in the future.
I did not take any pictures unfortunately, but basically all you have to do is follow the factory wiring diagrams to obtain the proper connections at both the switch connector under the horn button, and assure they properly align with the connector under the steering column at the turn signal switch. All I had to do was cut the factory wires from the tape adaptor, strip about 1/4", and insert the proper wire into the supplied block connector, and I taped it up with self sealing silicon tape, and install the unit. Perfect fit. So far, so good.
I hope this helps someone, it would have saved me a lot of time had I known.
