ok guys iv been looking under the dash of this 1989 w350 for two days now and can not figure out were the fuse panel goes that is just hanging by the wires/ so if any one can tell me or better yet post a pic i would very much appreciate it.

There is a removable panel that goes on the lower portion of the dash, above the brake pedal and below the steering column. Its held on by four screws. The fuse block attaches loosely to this panel, the two nubs on the sides of the fuse block sit in the two raised notches and the bottom sits in a small loop on the bottom. Kind of a hokey setup, but it works.

ok thnk you i saw that mess but dident think that had ant thing to do with the fuse panel
