Way to by pass

On these dodge u have the piece tht sits over push rod for the clutch wondering if there's a way to by pass it like if I wired it to a push button or switch

You mean the neutral safety switch for the clutch? If so, yes, you can wire it to a switch. You can just jumper across it, but it's dangerous if someone else drives the truck, and usually not recommended.

I'll b the only one driving it, ima put a push button on it so either way ull have I have it engaged to start
