How many volts is our voltage regulator? Is it above 14.1?

Just so I know for the next battery I get. Glass mats and gel types don't like higher voltage like the lead acids

I've heard the concensus that 14.1 is the limit for the gels

Here say. Mine runs 14+ and those Optima's I have are quite old compared to lead-acids...one is almost nine years old and the other is older than that. They have been through hell, but have served very well.

In my honest opinion, any AGM battery is a good choice.

Did you have to add a extra leaf into the left front spring to set the truck back to level? :lol:

Personally I took one leaf off from both fronts, now I can imagine my front suspension moving even bit.
Really would like to know where those springs are originally meant to be installed, no dodge for sure.
